Either 原告 or the respondent may appeal the hearing panel’s decision within three days of receiving notification. 当事人只能根据下列理由之一提出上诉:

The penalty assessed against any respondent found responsible for violating the sexual harassment policy will include one 或更多的 of the listed sanctions:
